Explanation:

There is no excuse for the late filing. I was supposed to do it on time, but got so involved in the process of entering into a contract with an affordable housing organization to convert our property into an affordable housing project with a Veteran preference that I just forgot about the 990. Since I am getting oder and obviously forgetful, I am going to relinquish my position to someone younger so this doesn't happen in the future.
