FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 3	Christer Hellstrand, a former officer of International Aerospace Environmental Group, Inc, is the owner of Hellstrand Consulting, LLC. Hellstrand Consulting, LLC provides operations management, project management and contractor management for International Aerospace Environmental Group, Inc.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 4	Changes to the organizations bylaws, specifically Section 5 and Section 10.9, were approved during the year. Section 5 now reads as: At large Directors shall serve terms of three (3) years or until their earlier removal or successors are elected. Directors may succeed themselves in office for one additional term in the same position. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an at large Director is an elected Officer (see Section 10), the elected Officer term shall supersede and the elected Officer shall remain an at large Director for the duration of the elected Officer term. A former Director who has not been a Director for at least one (1) year may serve as a Director for two (2) consecutive terms. Section 10.9 now reads as: An elected Officer shall take office immediately following his or her election and shall hold office for a term of three (3) years and until such Officers successor is elected and qualified, or until such Officers death, resignation, or removal. An Officer can serve for two consecutive full terms but must be re-elected by the Board. A vacancy in the office of IAEG Officers shall be filled at any meeting of the Board of Directors. In the event of a vacancy in the office of Chair, the Vice Chair temporarily shall succeed to that office, and the resulting vacancy in the office of Vice Chair shall be filled by the Board of Directors, until the Board has determined the Chairs permanent successor under the procedures established by these Bylaws.
