Pt VI, Line 6	FONE has over 400 members who pay dues to become members of the organization. FONE does not have stockholders.
Pt VI, Line 7a	FONE members participate in electing the Organization's President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Regional Directors on the state level. At the regional Chapter level, chapter members vote for their Chapter President, President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer. The FONE President has the authority to appoint Chairpersons of key organizational committees as well as the FONE Historian. Committee Chairs and the Historian are members of the FONE Board of Directors.
