Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The credit union is owned by its members who qualify for membership, and maintain a membership share account in good standing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Members of the Board of Directors are all members in good standing that are nominated and elected by the general membership to perform their fiduciary obligations and role in the corporate governance function.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Decisions of the governing body are guided by the credit union by-laws which are reviewed annually and approved by vote at the annual meeting of the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Audit Committee reviews the Form 990 tax return.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	A compensation survey is done every two years and is referenced for all positions in the organization including all members of senior management.
