THESE DUES PAID BY HARTFORD EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL MEMBERS ARE USED TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THEIR MEMBERS WHICH INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO GENERAL CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION AND TO ENHANCE SOCIAL WELLFARE AND JOB SECURITY FOR THE MEMBERS.
