	Community Homes, Inc. is a non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of providing housing facilities and services for middle and low income residents of North Dakota. The corporation's offices and facilities are located in Fargo (Phase I and II) and Wahpeton, North Dakota. Phase I consists of 90 units, Phase II consists of 96 units, and Wahpeton consists of 96 units, all of which are multi-family housing projects. Substantially all of the project's income is derived from the rental of its apartment units. In connection therewith, the project has entered into housing assistance payments contracts with HUD on behalf of qualified tenants.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Each member is responsible for appointing a representative and an alternate to serve on the board of directors. Each member is entitled to only one vote in the event both the representative and alternate are in attendance.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	The Organization does not compensate the Board of Directors or any officers. Five Star Service, Inc. manages and operates the Organization.
