What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Yamhill County Association of Realtors (YCAR) is an organization supporting realtors and consumers. We are committed to protecting and promoting homeownership in Yamhill County, and to assisting members as they conduct their business successfully and ethically. We work to protect home ownership now and for future generations.
