	Recreational Tennis and Community Development - We provide funding for recreational programs that involve local youth leagues and school programs throughout Florida. This involves training coaches and teachers to run the programs. Community development efforts include grants to support all types of tennis activities, attracting a diverse population to tennis, and public tennis grants for programs and facilities.

Pt X, Line 2

The Income Taxes Topic of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) clarifies accounting for uncertainty in income taxes reported in the consolidated financial statements. The interpretation provides criteria for assessmant of individual tax positions and a process for recognition and measurement of uncertain tax positions. Tax positions are evaluated on whether they meet the "more likely than not" standard for sustainability upon examination by tax authorities. The organization is a not-for-profit organization generally exempt from income taxes under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(4), except for income considered to be unrelated business income. The Organization did not have any net unrelated business income during the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017. Additionally, the Foundation is exempt from federal income tax under IRC Section 501(c)(3), except for taxes om unrelated business income. The Foundation did not have any unrelated business income during the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been made and there are no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the accompanying consolidated financial statements.
