| Amended return information | Form 990 preparers inadvertently included certain assets on the ending balance sheet which had been previously sold and reported during the 2014 fiscal year. This error resulted in a $99,550 overstatement of Part X line 10a. Another asset which had not been sold, Parking Lot Improvements with an original cost of $35,228, was inadvertently deleted from Part X line 10a. Accumulated depreciation associated with the Parking Lot Improvements in the amount of $34,147 was also deleted from Part X line 10b. An asset which was included in a fiscal 2014 sale, continued to be depreciated by the Form 990 preparers for the intervening years between 2014 and 2018 resulting in an overstatement of prior depreciation expense in the amount of $3,249. See further clarification in Schedule O. Preparers inadvertently overstated interest expense and the related liability account by $451. All adjustments noted above have been reflected in this amended Form 990 return on pages 1, 10, 11, and 12, and on Schedule D, Part VI, Part X, and Schedule O. |
