Due to discrepancies between the COAM (Coin Operated Amusement Machines) license information and the Data within the Secretary of State Database we had to make changes in the personal on the COAM License. Both names on the license for COAM and the secretary of State Data base had to match, so William Stradtner and David A. Hopkins Jr had to submit documentation regarding their proof of citizenship and have background checks performed.
