	Granted 44 closed end loans to members for various provident purposes totalling $674,767. Increased VISA credit card program to 97 accounts with outstanding year end balance of $181,482. Although there were no losses in the VISA program, the delinquency increased to 6.9%. Sales volume remained constant for 2018.

	Received savings deposits and certificate of deposit deposits from 471 members, a net increase of 10 from 2017. At the same time total member deposits increased by $139,295. from 2017.

Pt VI, Line 11b	Form 990 is reviewed by senior management before it's submitted to the IRS. Further it will be submitted to the governing body at its next regular monthly meeting. Also this 990 form is very similar to NCUA's 5300 report which every credit union files quarterly and is reviewed quarterly by the governing body.
