Pt VI, Line 11b	Organization's process to review form 990: The form 990 is prepared by the organization's outside accountant. The financial and administrative coordinator is responsible for accepting the form 990 from the accountant. The form 990 is reviewed by the coordinator and then submits to all of the executive committee members via electronic mail for their review and approval. Once approval has been obtained by all of the executive committee members, the coordinator makes several copies of the form 990 and maintans them at the AFIT office. The form is then efiled to the IRS to meet filing obligations.
