Part X, Line 2: APP is exempt from federal income tax as a nonprofit organization described in Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as an organization other than a private foundation. APP did not have a liability for unrelated business income for the year ended December 31, 2018. The material jurisdictions subject to potential examination by taxing authorities includes the U.S. and the District of Columbia. Management does not believe that the ultimate outcome of any future examinations of open tax years will have a material impact on APP's results of operations. Tax years that remain subject to examination by the IRS are 2015 through 2018.
