What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? ACEP stands for the American College of Emergency Physicians. The purpose of the Utah chapter is to support Utah members educationally through events that involve hands-on and lecture based didactics. Members are also supported in annual membership meetings and represented in pertinent legislation.
