What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? FOUNDED IN 1947, THE COLORADO MEDICAL GROUP MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (CMGMA) IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MEMBERSHIP IS COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN ADMINISTRATIVE ASPECTS OF MEDICAL GROUP PRACTICE.
