As elected officials of the 3M Club of St. Paul, Inc., the board is responsible for planning, administering, communicating, and providing quality services and leisure time activities for 3M Club members and others who use goods and services of the 3M Club of St. Paul, Inc. Class "A" Directors are appointed to the Board of Directors by 3M and serve an indeterminate term as determined by 3M Company. Class "A" Directors are entitled to vote on matters as set forth in the 3M Club of St. Paul, Inc. bylaws.
