NECEC's mission is tocreate a world-class clean energy hub delivering global impact witheconomic, energy and environmental solutions. NECEC combines twosister nonprofits under the NECEC brand - NECEC Institute (the"Institute," a 501(c)3 charitable organization engaged in policydevelopment, regulatory planning, education, communications,stakeholder convening, innovation and market development), and theNortheast Clean Energy Council (the "Council," a 501(c)6 nonprofit business member and policy advocacy organization). NECEC is thevoice, convener and mobilizer of clean energy innovators, investors,growth companies, major corporations and related stakeholders helpingto make the US northeast a leading place to start, build and scaleclean energy companies, and a model clean economy.
