Schedule O: Of the approximately 140000 we brought in in dues we paid about 39000 to our nationals organization These payments constitute brotherhoodmembership fees initiation fees and other fees for rituals Additionally it includes nationals-mandated insurance and any fines that we may have brought upon ourselves for instance for not sending enough members to a specific meeting We also pay OmegaFi a required service for moving our money from our account towards nationals a fee each year that adds up to approximately 5000 for their services Additionally our local expenditures sum up to about 40000 This money is used for a storage unit philanthropic events for our main organization The Ability Experience which raises awareness of disabilities brotherhood events brothers only and financial aid to brothers who may not be able to afford full dues each semester Additionally this includes our rush fees to attract new members This tends to be our most expensive portion of local because it incorporates venue rentals as well as rentals of materials such as speakers and tents The remaining money goes towards other events with other groups for recreation for brothers This money is spent on materials for social events and sometimes includes the use of a venue tent sound materials lighting and staging These are the costliest portions of our social budget Additionally some of the remaining money goes towards extraneous costs such as fixing speakers buying fooddrinks for events and buying smaller items like decorations and wristbands for our events As a result all of our money goes towards our nationals organization or other recreational activities for the enjoyment of the brothers of the fraternity
