THE KA'ANAPALI OCEAN RESORT FOUNDATION FORMERLY KNOWN AS ONE OHANA FOUNDATION ("THE FOUNDATION") PRIMARY PURPOSE HAS BEEN AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE OPERATED FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROMOTING SOCIAL WELFARE BY IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE CITIZENS AND FAMILIES OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI, IN THE STATE OF HAWAII, BY SUPPORTING PROJECTS BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY, BY PROMOTING LEGISLATION, INCLUDING MEASURES ON THE BALLOT, AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT IMPORTANT PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS.
