Membership is open to all who participate in the exploration, production development, refining, transportation and marketing of La Plata County, Colorado oil and gas, or who otherwise subscribe to the purpose of the corporation. Eligible persons or entities become members of the corporation by paying dues as established by the Board of Directors. Dues shall be for a calendar year.
