What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To promote the growth of racing in North Dakota and continue to improve and protect the interests of racing breeders, trainers and employees by utilizing the resources available to our members and Association.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 NDQHRA provides additional purse money for Quarter Horse Races in the State of ND. This helps to promote the growth of racing in North Dakota and continue to improve and protect the interests of racing breeders, trainers and employees by utilizing the resources available to our members and Association. Money comes from members' donations, donations from Simulcast Companies, donations from the tracks involved - Chippewa Downs in Belcourt ND and North Dakota Horse Park in Fargo ND - and grants from the North Dakota Racing Commission.
