Briefly describe the organization’s mission: DISTRICT 23 primary purpose is to administer and support amateur motorcycle competition in Minnesota. While the main focus is competition, ARMCA is als committed to advancing and promoting dirt bike riding opportunities of all types in Minnesota.

	The purpose of this club is to promote amateur motor cycles events with club member by paying yearly membership dues. they have lots of events where club members pay to participate in cycling events and are judged and receive points and at the end of the year awards are givrn to members for outstanding achievement in different catergories. Included in revenue and expense totals is transfer of funds between various activity accounts and savings.
