Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The Coalition has two classes of membership, Sustaining Members and Supporting Members. Sustaining membership is available to companies, corporations, partnerships, or other business units that are willing to provide substantial support for natural gas vehicles. Applicants for Sustaining membership must receive the approval of 2/3 of the Board members at a meeting at which there is a quorum and must be fully committed to support the goals of the Coalition. Supporting membership is available to companies, corporations, partnerships, or other business units that will provide substantial support for the development of natural gas vehicles.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Sustaining members shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors, where members also shall be eligible to vote in the election of Directors to the Board. Each supporting member shall be eligible to vote in the election of Directors to the Board of Directors.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	Sustaining members shall be eligible to vote on amendments to Articles of Incorporation and on matters relating to a proposed merger or consolidation of the Coalition. In addition, each Sustaining member shall be entitled to attend and vote at all annual and special membership meetings of the Coalition. Each Supporting member shall be eligible to vote on amendments to the Articles of incorporation and on matters relating to a proposed merger or consolidation of the Coalition.
