Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a	There is a total of 9 governing body members/directors of which 3 are officers president, vice president, treasurer/secretary as listed in Part VII of this Form 990. The secretary has no voting rights. A majority vote is required to vote in or out new members/directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11	The treasurer has been provided a complete copy of Form 990 to review with the accounting firm, who prepared Form 990 and the other officers of the organization prior to the filing of Form 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a	All of the officers of the organization volunteer all of their time. Therefore, there is no need for a review process to determine officer salaries. The once exception is the secretary, and she is paid a nominal fee of 300 per quarter as a stipend for various record keeping duties. This is the only paid position in the organization.
