Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	All senior members of the club have voting rights, one per family. The slate of officers and directors is put forth by a committee of members, then presented to the membership and voted on during a regular scheduled monthly meeting, with a quorum being present.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All board motions are documented in the monthly board meeting minutes which are published on the club website. They are also shared with the membership at the monthly member meeting.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The single Key Employee is our club manager who reports to the Commodore. The Commodore sets the compensation for the position and provides the budget to the treasurer where it is included in the annual budget.
