MEDMATES (AKA RI BIO) IS A CORPORATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY BY GALVANIZING COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES COMPANIES, HOSPITALS, UNIVERSITIES, SOURCES OF CAPITAL, AND GOVERNMENTAL PARTNERS TO SUPPORT AND ACCELERATE HEALTH TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT IN RHODE ISLAND.
