The 1Million Project - 70% of America's school teachers assign homework online, but more than five million families with school-aged children don't have home internet connectivity. We believe in the potential of all students to excel. Our goal is to enable one million high school students to dream bigger, explore further, and face fewer obstacles to opportunity with free mobile devices and high-speed wireless internet access. During the first two years of the 1Million Project, approximately 226,000 students in over 1,900 high schools within 33 states were equipped with free mobile devices and high-speed wireless internet access

Return Reference Explanation
Schedule D, Part X, Line 2 ASC 740 requires that all tax positions be evaluated using recognition threshold and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. Differences between positions taken in a tax return and amounts recognized in the financial statements are recorded as adjustments to income taxes payable or receivable, or adjustments to deferred income taxes, or both. ASC 740 also requires expanded disclosures at the end of each annual reporting period. No uncertain tax positions have been noted and thus no amounts have been recorded at March 31, 2019 or March 31, 2018.
