What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of the Brunswick Rotary Club is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders. Rotary is where neighbors, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Continue Support of the Brunswick Rotary Community Fund: Planning, funding and implementing activities designed to raise money for our partner organization, the Brunswick Rotary Community Fund.Collect Dues from individual members to pay Rotary District and Rotary International Dues: These support the broader, regional Rotary District 7780, and the much larger International Rotary Organization. The District is comprised of roughly 20 other local Rotary Clubs in the region. Rotary International is comprised of more than 35,000 clubs around the globe and over 1.2 million members. Collect Meal Fees and pay for Lunch at Weekly Lunch meetings: At weekly meetings over lunch, we celebrate fellowship and common interests in promoting the local and international goals of Rotary.Local and International Service Projects via our Brunswick Rotary Community Fund
