What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? MAINTAIN COMMUNITY PROPERTY, INCLUDING CHANNELS TO THE LAKE. THE ASSOCIATION HAS 1,012 LOTS OWNED BY APPROXIMATELY 586 OWNERS. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO MAINTAINS TWO PARKS AND PERFORMS MAINTANENCE ON THE CHANNELS.
