What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Beta Zeta Association of Theta Xi Inc is organized for the purpose of promoting social intercourse amongst its members and between its membership and the public in general by and through providing a Chapter House that may be used by the members and associate members of Auburn University Theta Xi Fraternity or its successor.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 As Beta Zeta Association of Theta Xi Incs mission is to provide housing for its associated undergraduate organization, the organization has succeeded by maintaining and improving that property. This has been accomplished by stewarding existing cash flows and appropriately directing them to the upkeep, maintenance and improvement of the property. In addition to keeping the property in good working order, in FY 2018 the Association was able to make significant upgrades to the roof and HVAC systems.
