The nominating committee is charged with the responsibility of identifying, evaluating and recommending individuals to serve as Officers and DIrectors of the Corporation. The nominating committee provides the membership with a list of open offices/positions including a brief description of the duties of each position and polls the membership to identify possible candidates to be considered for the available positions. The identified candidates are then evaluated by the nominating committee who reaches a consensus on the nominees and will circulate this list to the membership at least 30 days in advance of the annual meeting. There is an open election held at the annual meeting.
