VI, Line 6	The membership base is made up of Madison County Small Business Leaders with a sincere interest in the progress of Huntsville.
VI, Line 7	The Association holds an annual business meeting in November to elect a new board of directors to conduct new business. The general membership votes during the business portion of the annual meeting to accept or reject board members.
VI, Line 11	The exeutive committee, including board finance chair, and the full board review and approve the 990 prior to filing.
VI, Line 12c	During the January meeting all board members sign the conflict of interest whistleblower policies. If a potential conflict it reported, it is reviewed by the board.
VI, Line 15a	A board committee reviews fair compensation for the CEO position. Following the annual review compensation is discussed and adjusted accordingly.
