InfluenceHer encourages change-making conversations empowering women to evolve the technology and innovation workplaces of today. The InfluenceHer community has grown to over 1,000 women from 120 companies.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company	The Organization outsources it's bookkeeping to a third party who performs this service remotely.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	Initial drafts of form 990 are submitted to the Organization's President as well as to the General Counsel and Clerk. Any questions are promptly presented to the Certified Public Accounting firm preparer, and cleared prior to a final version of form 990 being filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	Officers and Directors of the Organization are not compensated for their services rendered. The Executive Director is a paid position, however. The compensation structure for this person is reviewed annually by the Organization's executive committee. Changes to executive director compensation are made based on comparability data combined with previous year's performance. These initial results are then vetted by the executive committee.
