What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The mission of North Plains Events Association, Inc. is to promote a variety of ways to bring the community of North Plains, Oregon and its neighboring areas together. To bring awareness of community happenings and to celebrate its agricultural and city cultural environment. We want to create innovative opportunities for all citizens. To include being an educational resource, which encourages community and family involvement in an environment combining nature, music, art and fun. Our vision is to bring attention to the beautiful City of North Plains by uniting all of these elements to help build a stronger community.
