Form 990, Part VIII, Line 11a	Prior operator continued to operate collect revenue, make payments on day to day operating expenses Jan - March 2019 while the Association got banking other financial things into place. Some overlap of revenue collection and expense payments continued through May as accounts were transferred between the organizations such as electric Internet. All such overlap revenue expenses were included in the OMDWA audit numbers.
Form 990, Part VIII, Line 11b	The deed transfer of the wastewater treatment plant WWTP was made on January 17, 2019. The estimated fair market value was 698,040 on that date.
