Other	PART III, LINE 28 - PUBLIC RELATIONS - The company annual supports many groups that have a direct impact on the industry and county residents. At least once a year, the company makes donations to all the food banks in the county. They also help sponsor the annual Ag celebration with coffee open house and sponsor a speaker for the dinner. This averages 300 people per year in attendance.
Other	PART III, LINE 29 - EDUCATION/AITC - The company is very proud to make a major contribution to the regional Ag in the Classroom project. This educates students about Agriculture and its importance to the local economy. The company offers 4 scholarships each year to graduating students going into nursing, agriculture, or teaching.
Other	PART III, LINE 30 - POLICY DEVELOPMENT - The company values the members opinions on all issues affecting agriculture. Each fall we ask for member input on the topics the Company should be working on. We then give an opportunity for members to view all issues brought up statewide and indicate which issues are a priority. In March of each year, we send out a survey asking members opinions on several issues that were the most important to the membership. Our board of directors uses that information to come up with policy for the company. We present our policy at the company annual meeting held in August. A delegate from the Company the takes the issues brought up.
