Prior to the authoritative guidance, tax liabilities were recorded as incurred. Management has determined that there are no material unrecorded tax liabilities as of December 31, 2019. Tax years open to audit by the Internal Revenue Service and State of Arkansas are 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Tax-exempt organizations could now be required to record an obligation as the result of a tax position they have historically taken on various tax exposure items.
