Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization has no stockholders but is comprised of base members who dock boats at the facility, nonbase members who do not dock a boat at the facility - both of which hold voting rights and Social, Senior and Honorary members who have no voting rights.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Members described in Part VI, A6 who hold voting rights, elect the officers and Board of Directors annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Many operational and procedural decisions of the Board of Directors and or Officers of the organization requiring approval by the membership, according to the bylaws of the organization, are approved by the voting membership during monthly scheduled membership meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	Committees do not have authority to act on behalf of the governing body. Committees only provide recommendations to the governing body and the voting membership for approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The orgaizations returns were prepared by a Certified Public Accounting firm from records produced by the Treasurer of the organization. The completed return was provided to the Chairman of the Board for distribution to all Directors. After final review of the return during a joint meeting between the CPA firm Treasurer, the returns were signed by the Treasurer of the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	As indicated on line 18 of this section, the returns are made available upon request. Returns are archived on premise with which officers and board members have access as needed to provide upon request to the general public.
