What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of The Summerville Cotillion shall be to provide for the social enjoyment and entertainment of its members includiing the annual Debutante Ball for eligible daughters, grandaughters, neices, and godchildren of members; and the holding of such dances and other entertainments at such times and places as the Board of Directors shall direct. It shall also act as advisor to the Summerville Junion Cotillion.
