Proposition 65 alcohol signs and warning labels are also available, free of charge, on the Proposition 65 Sign Management e-commerce site. In June a mass-mailing to all active and new ABC licenses in the state of California was completed. This mass-mailing is required to be done every 5 years.

	BPA PROGRAM: Since May 2016, Proposition 65 Sign Management has distributed BPA warning signs on behalf of members of the Beer Institute, Wine Institute, Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, and other food and beverage manufacturers. BPA warning signs are also available, free of charge, on the Proposition 65 Sign Management e-commerce site. BPA signs were included in the mass mailing done in January for Proposition 65 signs/labels.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Organization is exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. However, income from activities not directly related to the Organizations tax-exempt purpose is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. The Organization did not engage in any unrelated business activities during the year ended December 31, 2019. In addition, the Organization has been classified as an entity that is not a private foundation under Section 509(a)(2).The Organization has adopted the authoritative guidance relating to uncertainty in income taxes included in ASC Topic Income Taxes. These provisions provide consistent guidance for the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an entitys financial statements and prescribe a threshold of more likely than not for recognition and de-recognition of tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The Organization performed an evaluation of uncertain tax positions for the year ended December 31, 2019 and determined that there were no material matters that would require recognition in the financial statements or that may have an effect on its tax-exempt status. As of December 31, 2019, the statute of limitations for the Form 990 for years 2016-2018 remains open with the Internal Revenue Service. It is the Organizations policy to recognize interest and/or penalties related to uncertain tax positions, if any, in income tax expense.

The Organization is exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.
