GLOBAL INHERITANCE DEVELOPS CAMPAIGNS WHICH CATER SPECIFICALLY TO INDIVIDUAL DEMOGRAPHIC GROUPS, TARGETING THE MESSAGE AND EXPERIENCE TO BE APPROACHABLE FOR VARIOUS SUBCULTURES. |
| FORM 990, PAGE 2, PART III, LINE 4A | DEVELOPED AND PRODUCED THE ART OF RECYCLING INITIATIVE AT COACHELLA MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL (INDIO, CA), FURTHER FEST (TURIN, ITALY), NEW YORK CITY AND STAGECOACH MUSIC FESTIVAL (INDIO, CA). REDESIGNED OVER 150 RECYCLING BINS BY 70 DIFFERENT ARTISTS. THE ARTWORK WAS SHOWCASED AT SPECIAL PRE-SHOW FREE EVENTS, AT THE FESTIVAL AND THEN DONATED TO SCHOOLS AFTER THE FESTIVAL TO LAUNCH RECYCLING PROGRAMS ON CAMPUS. GLOBAL INHERITANCE WORKED WITH ARTISTS AND TEACHERS TO LAUNCH RECYCLING AND WASTE EDUCATION PROGRAMS AT SCHOOLS ALONG THE CALIFORNIA/MEXICO BORDER. GLOBAL INHERITANCE HOSTED THE POSTED STUDIO FOR ITS FOURTH YEAR OF PROGRAMMING. THIS INTERACTIVE ART STUDIO ENCOURAGES EVENT ATTENDEES TO DEVELOP POSTER CONCEPTS AROUND ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL ISSUES THAT THEY FEEL CONNECTED WITH. THESE POSTER CONCEPTS ARE PUT ON DISPLAY WITHIN THE STUDIO AND THEN A HANDFUL OF POSTERS ARE SELECTED BY PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS TO REDESIGN. THESE FINAL REDESIGNS ARE THEN PLACED ONLINE FOR PEOPLE TO DOWNLOAD AND USE IN SCHOOL PRESENTATIONS, RALLIES AND/OR PERSONAL USE FREE OF CHARGE. GLOBAL INHERITANCE OPERATED THE POSTED STUDIO AT THE COACHELLA MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL (INDIO, CA), STAGECOACH MUSIC FESTIVAL (INDIO, CA), DESERT DAZE FESTIVAL (LAKE PERRIS, CA) DESIGNERCON (ANAHEIM, CA) AND CAMP FLOG GNAW (LOS ANGELES, CA). GLOBAL INHERITANCE DEVELOPED AND LAUNCHED IT'S NEWEST PROGRAM, PLASTIC SURGERY. THIS UNIQUE EXPERIENCE GETS PEOPLE TO THINK MORE DEEPLY ABOUT THEIR PLASTIC CONSUMPTION WHILE EDUCATING THEM ON WAYS TO HAVE A HEALTHIER RELATIONSHIP WITH PLASTIC. THE EXPERIENCE BEGINS WITH PATIENTS FILLING OUT AN ONLINE PATIENT FORM BEFORE ENTERING OUR DOCTOR'S OFFICE. OUR "PLASTIC SURGEONS" - WHO ARE ACTUALLY ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTISTS AND ZERO WASTE EXPERTS - THEN PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATIONS FOR PATIENTS. AFTER DIAGNOSING A PATIENT'S PLASTIC HABITS, THE DOCTOR WRITES A PRESCRIPTION FOR THE PLASTIC-FREE PHARMACY WHERE PATIENTS CAN HAVE THEIR SCRIP FILLED FOR A RANGE OF REUSABLE ITEMS TO HELP FIGHT INGRAINED WASTEFUL HABITS. EACH FILLED PRESCRIPTION REPRESENTS AN INDIVIDUAL TAKING A STEP FORWARD TOWARDS LIVING A LIFESTYLE THAT IS HEALTHIER FOR THEM AND THE PLANET. GLOBAL INHERITANCE OPERATED THIS PROGRAM AT DESERT DAZE FESTIVAL (LAKE PERRIS, CA) ALL OF OUR DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS WERE BOOKED OVER A 3 DAY WINDOW. OVER 500 PATIENTS WERE SEEN AND OVER 1000 PLASTIC ALTERNATIVE ITEMS WERE GIVEN OUT AT OUR PLASTIC FREE PHARMACY. GLOBAL INHERITANCE RAN A PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION/CARPOOLING INITIATIVE TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO LEAVE THEIR CARS AT HOME AND/OR DRIVE WITH FOUR OR MORE PEOPLE IN THEIR CAR WHEN TRAVELING TO STAGECOACH MUSIC FESTIVAL AND COACHELLA MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL. THIS CAMPAIGN INSPIRED PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT SOCIAL GROUPS/MUSICAL TASTES TO TRY CARPOOLING, THE SUBWAY OR BUS AND RECONSIDER THE WAY THEY VIEWED PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND SHARED RIDES. DEVELOPED AND OPERATED A RECYCLING STORE EXCHANGE PROGRAM AT FESTIVALS THAT SAVED OVER 1,300,000 MILLION BOTTLES, CANS AND CUPS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES IN 2019. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED INCENTIVES TO FESTIVAL ATTENDEES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACT OF RECYCLING IN EXCHANGE FOR PRIZES AND EXPERIENCES. THESE BOTTLES, CANS, AND CUPS, IF NOT RECYCLED, WOULD MOST LIKELY LAND IN A LANDFILL.
