What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To promote the growth of racing in North Dakota and continue to improve and protect the interests of racing breeders, trainers and employees by utilizing the resources available to our members and Association.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The North Dakota Quarter Horse Racing Association helps to promote the growth of racing in North Dakota and continues to improve and protect the interests of racing breeders, trainers and employees by utilizing the resources available to our members and Association. The organization sponsors races such as the Northern Plains Futurity Races as well as North Dakota Certified Bred Races. The organization also holds an Annual Stallion Service Auction which is an online auction where horse seasons are donated to the organization. All proceeds go to the correlating Norther Plains Futurity Race purse to be held in 3 years. Foals born from the stallion seasons sold in the auction are eligible to enter.
