To help ensure compliance with the COI policy, among the provisions the person with an actual or potential conflict of interest will not be allowed to participate in an y discussion or decision in any are of the convict identified, and leave the room during discussion and vote. The Corporate Responsibility and Compliance Committee review these procedures every two (2) years to assess their effectiveness and recommend (or make) appropriate changes as needed to ensure the conflict of interest policy is consistently and effectively enforced. This was done with Board members on December 4, 2018. |
