	The United States Federation for Worker Cooperation is a national grassroots membership organization that supports the growth of worker cooperatives through the development of a thriving cooperative movement. We advance worker-owned, -managed, and -governed workplaces through cooperative education, advocacy and development. In particular, we host a national biannual conference, maintain a worker cooperative document library, conduct trainings, coordinate a national peer technical assistance network,health related benefit program and advocate on behalf of worker cooperatives at the local and national level.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	Members elect the governing body at the annual members meeting. The election is approved by the Board of Directors. As vacancies arise, the Board of Directors may appoint members of the governing body. An appointed director's term ends at the following Annual Member meeting. Removal of a member requires a vote by the members. Removal of a director of the Board can be made by vote of the members.
