Briefly describe the organization’s mission: DX Expeditions, Inc raises funding primarily from amateur radio operators worldwide to support temporary radio operations from remote locations, known in the hobby as DX operations. Typically there is a long planning cycle followed by an active operations period each year of a month or less.All activities ceased during 2018. The DX Operation for 2018 was to have taken place on Bouvet Island, A very remote French possession in the southern Atlantic Ocean. However a series of mechanical problems with the ship transporting the participants along with very rough weather caused the DX Operation to be canceled due to the extreme danger to the participants had they persevered.

Pt VI, Line 11b	The Form 990 is made available to the members of the governing body for review prior to filing the Form 990.
Pt VI, Line 19	Any donor may request and receive a copy of the financial statements. The four members of the governing body are each aware of the contents of the financial statements on a regular & periodic basis. The only other governing body documents are Board Minutes which are readily available to any donor who requests them. There is no formal conflict of interest policy currently.There is no compensation paid to anyone, so a conflict of interest would be unusual.
Pt VIII	Line 1f, All revenue comes from individual, club & foundation donations.
Other	Pt IX, Line 24a - Refunds to contributors from previous years - As the corporation ceased operations, all funds from past contributions were returned to individual and club donors.
Pt III, Line 3	The DX Operation for 2018 was to have taken place on Bouvet Island, a very remote French Possession in the Southern Atlantic Ocean. However, a series of mechanical problems with the ship transporting the participants along with very rough weather (January 2018) caused the DX Operation to be canceled due to the extreme danger to the paticipants and the ship, had the operation not been canceled. The corporation ceased operations during 2019 and refunded all unused donations to the donors. Distribution of the refunded donations was completed prior to 12/31/2019.
