Termination shall not permit any part of the Plan to be used for or diverted to purposes other than the exclusive benefit of the participants and their beneficiaries or for the payment of administrative expenses of the Plan. On May 21, 2019 the Trustees approved the Agreement for Merger into the Building Service 32BJ Health Fund. Liquidation of the assets were approved to be transferred and merged, which was completed on December 31, 2019. During the year ended December 31, 2019, net assets available for benefits were transferred out to the 32BJ Health Fund.
