Form 990, Schedule D, Part X, Line 2	FIN 48 (ASC 740) DISCLOSURE The Trust funding the Plan has received an exemption letter from the Internal Revenue Service dated September 26, 2003, stating that the Trust is tax-exempt under the provisions of Section 501(c)(9) as a VEBA. However, the Trust is subject to tax on unrelated business income. The Plan and Trust are required to operate in conformity with the Code to maintain the tax-exempt status of the Trust. The Plan Administrator believes the Plan is being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the Code and, therefore, believes the related Trust is tax-exempt. Excess income earned by Plan investments may be subject to unrelated business income taxes (UBIT) under the Code. The Plan has recorded a tax receivable for overpayments of UBIT from a prior year. Such amounts will be used to offset future UBIT liabilities or refunds will be requested. U.S. GAAP requires Plan management to evaluate uncertain tax positions taken by the Plan. The financial statement effects of a tax position are recognized when the position is more likely than not, based on the technical merits, to be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. The Plan Administrator has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Plan, and has concluded that as of December 31, 2018, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken. The Company's continuing practice is to recognize net interest and penalties related to income tax matters in income tax expense if incurred. The Plan is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The Plan Administrator believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2015.

FIN 48 (ASC 740) DISCLOSURE The Trust funding the Plan has received an exemption letter from the Internal Revenue Service dated September 26, 2003, stating that the Trust is tax-exempt under the provisions of Section 501(c)(9) as a VEBA. However, the Trust is subject to tax on unrelated business income. The Plan and Trust are required to operate in conformity with the Code to maintain the tax-exempt status of the Trust. The Plan Administrator believes the Plan is being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the Code and, therefore, believes the related Trust is tax-exempt. Excess income earned by Plan investments may be subject to unrelated business income taxes (UBIT) under the Code. The Plan has recorded a tax receivable for overpayments of UBIT from a prior year. Such amounts will be used to offset future UBIT liabilities or refunds will be requested. U.S. GAAP requires Plan management to evaluate uncertain tax positions taken by the Plan. The financial statement effects of a tax position are recognized when the position is more likely than not, based on the technical merits, to be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. The Plan Administrator has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Plan, and has concluded that as of December 31, 2018, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken. The Company's continuing practice is to recognize net interest and penalties related to income tax matters in income tax expense if incurred. The Plan is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The Plan Administrator believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2015.
