What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION IS FORMED TO ADVANCE THE KNOWLEDGE OF TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING AND TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE CONTINUED EDUCATION OF ALL PARTIES DEDICATED TO PROMOTING TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS.
