Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Organization is exempt from federal and state income taxes under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6). The Organization has taken the position that all income is derived from program activities and therefore, no tax liability has been recorded. The Organization believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The Organization is exempt from federal and state income taxes under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6). The Organization has taken the position that all income is derived from program activities and therefore, no tax liability has been recorded. The Organization believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements.
