BAC Pacific NW Administrative District Council	The Executive Board of the International Union of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) ordered that the BAC Pacific Northwest Administrative District Council (ADC)be dissolved and its charter revoked effective December 31, 2019. Pursuant to that order the assets, including the depreciable assets, were distributed to the two mega local unions, based on the jurisdiction of use and/or the originating home local. The mega local union BAC local 1 of Western Washington - Alaska and BAC local 1 of Oregon-Eastern Washington-Idaho-Montana received depreciable assets with book values of $2,224,917 and $51,114, respectively. The mega local 1 of Oregon-Eastern Washington-Idaho-Montana also received cash in the amount of $1,954,300 and an investment in a building in the amount of $236,725 from the ADC.Pursuant to the above executive order, effective October 1, 2019, the mega local unions were reorganized to form the BAC local 1 of Oregon-Eastern Washington-Idaho-Montana. The jurisdictions of Eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana were reorganized to become part of the local, the jurisdictions previously were assigned to the BAC local 1 of Washington-Idaho-Montana.
